Before 7:00 AM or After 5:00 PM

Garage door service requested outside our normal operating hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM is considered emergency service.

A $99 emergency service call fee applies to appointments scheduled before 7:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.

Emergency garage door service is intended for situations that cannot reasonably wait until the next normal service period, including a garage door that will not open, will not close, is stuck, has come off track, or has experienced another failure affecting access to the garage.

The emergency service call includes the same professional inspection and diagnostic process provided during our standard service hours.

The difference between our standard and emergency service call is simply the time the appointment is requested:
